Speaker Tulsi Ram said that despite busy curriculum of the House, Congress members sought time to raise other issues. He said that despite getting favour of the Chair, they did not show any interest to attend the House as they remained absent over repeated walkout during the session. He said that Kaul Singh Thakur(Cong-Darang) has sought time yesterday for raise the debate on drought-like situations in the state, but despite taking time for it he did not join the proceeding, which showed his reluctance over the issue.
