Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Tourism and PHD Chamber will host ‘Destination Himachal,’ an event aimed at promoting tourism in the state, in Shimla from June 12 to 15. The event will also host a conclave titled, ‘Unforgettable Himachal: Opportunities Unlimited’ as an initiative to explore opportunities of investment in the tourism sector in the hill state.

The four-day event will have two components – a two-day travel and tourism conference at Hotel Peterhof and a four-day exhibition on travel and tourism products at the Ridge. The tourism department aims at bringing together all travel and tourism stakeholders, including the government, tourists, industry leaders and travel writers on a single platform.
