Himachal needs social entrepreneurs.
Any positive move from someone like the great man Vaidya Surat Ram will be successful because people from this hill state ( I feel) a are kind at heart and are ready to extend support or act in the hour of crisis and people do consider their acts to be righteous and justified. Himvani can make some efforts in that direction.
Since I have a technical and business acumen ( that for some of the readers would be a possible explanation for my claim or in a way means - I don't think on that!!) I believe the hidden potential of state can be channelized by social entrepreneurs.

About a 100 farmers from my village and surrounding villages in Mandi were into Angora farming. After flourishing for about 3-4 years it died out all of a sudden. Had there been just one or two person to make united efforts to bring down the price of feed, supply vaccinations and other productivity enhancement possibilities in the region, these people would have been in a good state today. Besides it also meant lots of profits and love and respect among people.

Highlly qualified people restrain from doing anything except looking for TGT jobs and uneducated ( by schooling - I do not mix schooling with education) do not have enough courage take the lead.

That is where the role of a catalyst comes into play. Himvani or someone could be a part of that catalyst or all of it...
