Shimla buses from Sector 43 bus standHimVani Chandigarh: With the Chandigarh administration shifting the Inter State Bus Terminal (ISBT) to Sector 43, all buses going to Shimla Solan, Nahan, etc, too would be available from the new bus stand. Buses plying towards and from Dharamsala, Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Manali, etc, were already shifted to Sector 45 bus stand earlier.  (No Ratings Yet) Loading ... |

That makes getting to Shimla that more inconvenient.
The Sector 17 ISBT was such a relief for commuting to Shimla.
Now that it has been tucked away into a corner, hope some sense prevails among the UT administrators and they restore the old arrangement
What about buses to Delhi? Are these leaving from Sector 17 or from the new one.
What happens to the sector 17 ISBT. Are they building something afresh there?
Can someone update me whether buses for Delhi are leaving from Sector 17 or Sector 43 bus terminal.
