few names missing in the list; guys who are glorified in Himvani article…. The sexgate centerpiece won by 5000+ votes and we care a damm. There were few CDGates as well …Why did the 14 NGO’s missed on this.

The vote is for development (expectation). The state is progressive today because of its people otherwise in past 5 years Shimla does not have drinking water even in winters for the common man.

If BJP comes down to vendeta politics then your list will have few more names to add

People have replaced saints with goons. People of Himachal are thankful to the writer who reminded them about this grave mistake.

It is really unfortunate. I think, rules for accepting the nomination, already provides provisions not to accept nominations of criminals. Then,I am surprised to see that how they could contest at all ?

The problem is that you are not a “criminal” till proved “guilty”. These candidates have cases pending against them, so anybody who’s not a proclaimed criminal by law, can contest.
