Shimla: Bharatiya Janata Party will kickstart its campaign for the forthcoming Vidhan Sabha elections in Himachal Pradesh from the Paddal ground in Mandi on October 18, a month before the state goes to poll on December 19. Party national president Rajnath Singh will be present at the rally to set the ball rolling.State BJP chief Jai Ram Thakur said that claiming that about 50,000 people were expected to attend the rally.
