Shimla: The computer education programme being run under the universal education scheme in Himachal has run into rough weather. At least six coordinators associated with the programme have opted out of it alleging that the company entrusted with implementing the project had been taking them for granted.
282 schools in the state were being covered under the programme. The six coordinators belong to Shimla, Mandi, Hamirpur, Kangra, Bilaspur and Kahaul Spiti districts. They have also alleged that they were not being paid enough.
