NOC must to have tubewells in Himachal

SHIMLA: To regulate groundwater use in the state, the government has decided to make it mandatory for even villagers to get no objection certificate (NOC) from the Irrigation and Public Health Department. The government will also shortly bring into force the Groundwater Water Policy.

Vasudha undergoes Cochlear implant successfully

NEW DELHI: Vasudha has successfully undergone a Cochlear implant at the premier AIIMS institute on December 14th, her father Vikram Rawat told HimVani.
The surgery took four hours. She was taken to the operation theatre at 8:30 am and brought back at 2:50 pm. According to the doctors, the “operation was successful”.
