Sundernagar (Dec 20): Various social and environmental organizations which were opposing the setting up of a cement plant near Sundernagar today celebrated Green Victory at a function held at village Kearan, following the recent high court order quashing environmental clearances and land acquisition for the project.

Kulbhushan Upmanu, Guman Singh from Himalya Niti abhiyan, Chuni Lal and Dharam Singh from Krishak Kalyan Samiti, Joginder Singh president, Bhartiya Kishan Sangh, Ganga Singh from Badayogi Sangarsh Samiti, Lawan Thakur from RTI Bureau and Amar Singh from Sundernagar Sangarsh Samiti addressed the representatives of different social and environmental organization and termed it a historical
