CM unveils statue of late Dr. Y.S. Parmar in Sirmaur

Shimla: Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister unveiled the statue of the architect of H.P. and first Chief Minister, late Dr. Y.S. Parmar installed by the Rajput Sabha, Sirmaur and named the place as  Yashwant Chowk in memory of the visionary leader. He offered floral tributes to the first Chief Minister after unveiling the statue and was followed by Dr. Rajiv Bindal, Health Minister, Shri Sukh Ram Chaudhary, Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Shri Kush Parmar, MLA and son of late Dr. Y.S. Parmar and their family members. Chief Minister also honoured Naresh  Verma, sculpturer  of the statue and other people who had contributed significantly towards the installation of the statue at Nahan.
