Youth personality development camp at Dalhousie from 24th to 26th Sept

Dalhousie: A three-day youth personality development camp, being organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad, will be held at Dalhousie from 24th Sept to 26th September.  Paramjit Singh, president, Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) Dalhousie branch, told HimVani that around 40 students from various schools of the state shall participate in this camp.

The camp shall include various aspects of personality development viz yoga, meditation, sports, sanskar, sewa etc. A group discussion would also be organised to hone the skills of the students keeping in view today’s competitive environment. Eminent speakers would share their experiences of life with the students. A visit to Khajjiar – Mini Switzerland of India has also been planned. Dr J.S. Chandel who has been attached to the education field since many years shall interact with the students, providing them with career counselling and making them aware of various career options that are available after schooling.

Mr Vinod Mahajan – Zonal Secretary, North, while talking to Himvani said that Dalhousie branch has successfully hosted various programmes pertaining to youth development, social up-liftment and national integration. He further added that this camp would serve as a platform for interaction between the students from various parts of the state.

General Secretary BVP Er. S.S. Salaria said that all the necessary arrangements have been made for successful completion of this camp.
