Shimla: District Kinnaur was cut off from rest of the state on Monday as two landslides at Kaksthal and Pagal nullah eroded away 40 metres of Hindustan-Tibet Road.The Border Roads Organisation and public works department are working to reopen the road for traffic, which can take at least four to five days.The landslides were probable caused due to heavy snowfall in the area.
