Shimla: Four youth were killed when a Maruti car in which they were traveling fell into the Satluj river at Choling in Kinnuar district on Saturday morning. Tehsildar Nachir Devi Singh Negi told HimVani that the ill-fated car was on its way to Nichar from Kalpa carrying five persons when it plunged into the river. One youth survived as he managed to swim to the shore. The rescue teams called to the spot could not trace out the car and the victims. The deceased were identified as Suryakant, Partik, Sanjeev and Narinder, all belonging to villages around Kalpa.
