The only agriculture university of Himachal, Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV) Palampur has given four per cent interim relief to its employees and pensioners. Informing this today, the Deputy Director Public Relation of CSKHPKV has said,”Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University has granted second Interim Relief at the rate of four percent of the basic pay to its regular employees with effect from 1 August on the analogy of H.P. Government. The University has also granted second interim relief at the rate of four percent of basic pension and family pension to all pensioners and family pensioners with effect from 1 August on the analogy of H.P. Government.”
It would be worthwhile to mention that the University had granted first Interim Relief at the rate of five percent of the basic pay to its regular employees and pensioners in August, last year. Prof. A.K.Sarial, the Vice-Chancellor, has thanked the Government of Himachal Pradesh for providing funds to the University from time to time.
