CBI took five in CBI police custody in Gudiya gangrape and murder case

The Special Investigation Team of CBI today made the first arrest in sensational Gudiya rape and murder case after taking five persons in CBI police custody and a team of AIIMS doctors conducted the postmortem of deceased accused at IGMC and also visited the spot. The CBI spokesman Mr. R.K. Guar told that CBI has taken five people in the police custody including Mr. Ashish Chuhan, Rajinder Singh (32yrs) Subhash Singh Bisht (38) and Lokpal(19) and Deepak.

 

He said that a team of AIIMS doctors today conducted the autopsy of one of accused deceased Suraj who died in the police lock up on July 19. The team of AIIMS also visited the crime of spot. Meanwhile CBI today issued two mobile number 82198-85920 and 82198-93590 to give official information about the crime to help the crime. Mr. Guar said that any person who knows the accused or about this incidents may send SMS and Whatsapp on the two numbers.

 

The CBI likely team containing six members including SIT chief SP SS Gurang was minutely probing the crime after taking over the records from the possession of state police. The CBI during the investigation denied the police theory of crime of scene and also used instruments to trace it the clue on the spot. CBI would have to establish to crime spot and it was trying to make the trail of events with help of its equipment and witnesses. Mr. Guar said that it is too early to say that CBI denies the police theory about culprits.
