Mercury plunges drastically in Himachal

Rainfall and partly cloudy weather dipped down the mercury drastically as Una recorded decline of ten degrees at 33 degrees Celsius today than that of 43 degrees yesterday.

 

The Met office said that the maximum temperature stayed three to four degrees below normal today as Shimla was low at 25 degrees, Sundernagar 31.4 degrees, Bhuntar in Kullu 36.8 degrees, Kalpa 21.2 degrees, Dharamshala 30.8 degrees, Una 33 degrees, Nahan 24.9 degrees, Solan 30.2 degrees and Kangra 28. 2 degrees respectively.

 

The State was over cast and thundershowers lashed few places in the day.
