Met forecast more rain in Himachal, Una sizzles at 43 degree Celsius

During the last 24 hours light rainfall lashed Keylong, headquarter of Lahaul Spiti district and light rainfall in Shimla town. Despite the inclement weather Mercury increased again as Una sizzled at 43 degrees Celsius, Kangra 37 degrees, Nahan 36 degrees, Sundernagar 38.6 degrees, Bhuntar 35.3 degrees, Dharamshala 33.2 degrees, Solan 33 degrees, Shimla 27.8 degrees and Kalpa 23.8 degrees respectively.

 

The minimum temperature of Shimla was recorded at 18.8 degrees, Sundernagar 17.4 degrees, Bhuntar 13 degrees, Kalpa 8 degrees, Dharamshala 19 degrees, Una 23.5 degrees, Nahan 24.5 degrees, Keylong 6.4 degrees, Palampur 20.2 degrees, Solan 17.5 degrees, Manali 7.2 degrees, Kangra 18.9 degree and Mandi 19 degrees respectively.

 

The Met office forecast rain or thundershowers accompanied with hail at few parts of the State in the next 24 hours.
