HP CM enhances special pay of HAS Officers

    Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh announced enhancement of special pay to Rs. 3000 of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Officers and an attached vehicle to the special secretaries of the HAS cadre. He was presiding over the annual convention of HAS officers on Saturday evening in Shimla. The Chief Minister said he had been working in close association with HAS officers and feel that they have stood the test of time.

     

    He exhorted the officers to deliver services in effective and efficient manner. “In the field you are the face of the Government, so, I expect all of you to work in such a way that the image of the Government always remains the best”, he said. He said that State Government had always tried to provide best of the service conditions and congenial working environment and taken several steps to redress the grievances of the officers. The Chief Minister also assured to look into other demands of the HAS officers sympathetically.

     

    Earlier, President of the Association Manmohan Sharma welcomed and honored the Chief Minister on the occasion along with other dignitaries. General Secretary Ram Kumar Gautam also placed several demands of the Associations. Chairman, State Co-operative Bank Harsh Mahajan, Chief Secretary V.C. Pharka, Additional Chief Secretary Tarun Shridhar were also present on the occasion amongst other officers of the association.
