14th district level shooting championship at police range district Sirmaur

    The 3-day 14th district level Rifle & Pistol shooting championship will be held at police ranges (Juddo-ka-Johar) 6 Km from Nahan on Nahan-Paonta road from August 15 to 17. Disclosing this today the Secretary General District Rifle Association Sirmaur, Vibhuti Singh said that events would be held in .22 Bore peep sight and .22 bore open sight. He said that 10 mtrs Air Rifle matches in .177 bore as well as .177 Air Pistol would also be conducted.

    All the matches would be held according to the NRAI match book. He said that competitors below the age of 18 years would come in the youth category and those from 18 to 21 years of age as on December 31, 2016 would be considered as Junior. He said that Arms and Ammunition would be provided by the organizers only for competition while unused Ammunition and empty shells have to be returned to organizers. He said that whosoever is willing to take part in the shooting competition could register their name on the spot when competition starts.
