Three people were killed including two women, when a car carrying them fell down in deep gorge after it was hit by a pick up jeep at Bhakhalti near Theog in Shimla district on Wednesday.
A maruti car carrying three persons were hit by another vehicle coming from opposite side at Bhakhalti near Theog yesterday afternoon. The car fell down after impact killing of two people on the spot while third secumbed to injury on the way to hospital.
Deceased were identified as Sandeep (27), Jasbir Kaur (45) and Ritu (22) all from Rampur area of Shimla district.
Police had nabbed fleeing jeep driver as he ran away from the spot in the vehicle after hitting victims car.
