After resorting the walkout on this issue in the State Assembly Mr. Dhumal said while interacting with the media persons outside assembly that Mr. Singh government will hardly last till the end of this budget session.

The Delhi High Court was mum on the Himachal High Court last year’s order barring the arrest of Mr. Singh and his family member in the matter however, Delhi High Court did not grant any relief to Mr. Singh against the probe of ED on him and his family member.

Delhi High Court gave exemption to Mr. Singh to appear before ED in the matter owing to Budget Session of State Assembly but Mr. Singh would have to appear before the agencies after the end of session which has only 7 sittings left.
