HPCA to create world class museum in honor of Sachin Tendulkar

HPCA announced to celebrate the retirement of Sachin Tendulkar from international cricket by dedicating a world class museum at Dharamshala in his honor.

The HPCA spokesman Mohit Sood said in a statement released here today that HPCA decided to make museum in its executive meeting held at Dharamshala today.

It is a small tribute by the cricket association to the greatest son of Indian cricket, who has inspired generations of cricketers across the world said Anurag Thakur, president HPCA .

This is another feather in the cap of the HPCA which is committed in providing and developing world class infrastructure in Himachal. The museum would become a great centre of attraction for all the visitors who come to visit the picturesque HPCA stadium .The museum would also have the details of Indian cricketing history and the players who have contributed to the development and brought glory to the country by pursuing the game.

The executive meeting also discussed the recent developments, legal matters, pavilion, construction works and providing other facilities to the players and staff.

“We are looking forward to make Himachal a superpower in cricket at the national level and are committed towards our cause and these are small steps in this direction,” Mr. Thakur added.
