HPTDC Employees Union demands regularisation of contract employees

The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) Employees Union has urged the state government to make a provision for regularization of corporation employees working for the past about eight years the employees of the corporation like other departments in the state.

In a meeting held with HPTDC Managing Director, Mr. Lokinder Chauhan yesterday, Mrs Preeti Sharma, President and Mr Mohinder Verma, General Secretary of the union, demanded the government  for the removal of pay-scale anomalies and restoration of appropriate designations as per the nature of job of employees. They also demanded regular jobs for dependents of corporation employees.

Mr. Mohinder Singh said that Mr. Chauhan has assured the union to consider sympathetically on the demand charter and will call the union representative for discussion soon.
