  1. Through this portal , I request to Hon CM of Himachal Pradesh for collection , analysis & data sharing by technical directorate on seats in all professional colleges Vs passed out students ratio at 10+2 level.

The Ratio is as bad as "One professional College Seat against 2.5 Students passing 10+2 Examination from Med+Non Medical Stream. " More than half of such students at secondary level scores less than 55%.

Therefore the need of the hour is to upgrade the standards at School level education . Once upgraded , we can expect the talent to compete for these courses within the state merit and pursue the career while competing globally. Otherwise , we may end up with generation of incompetent technical manpower , who'll seek Govt Jobs that too on BATCH WISE BASIS " . Therefore the entire purpose of opening up of such colleges will get defeated .

Hence , Govt must take steps to recruit Qualified , meritorious Teachers in Schools against all Vacant posts to craft the Talent of students.

May be the better option to start "HIMACHAL EDUCATION SERVICES" an yearly examination to recruit teachers on merit basis only.

    regards

  2. For God's sake , please do not locate this institution either in SHIMLA , MANDI , KANGRA , HAMIRPUR OR SOLAN .
